Walter Swett

Walter Swett has decades of experience providing strategic resource consulting for politicians, political committees, non-profits, individuals, theatrical productions and corporations. He has led successful campaigns to win elections at every level of government and driven growth for organizations. As a donor advisor he has nurtured the establishment of lasting relationships 

Prior to co-founding Dynamic SRG in 2011 Walter served as Executive Director of the campaign committees of Charles Rangel. He pioneered the use of joint fundraising committees with Congressman Rangel to raise millions to win and expand the House majority.

Walter led then Democratic Caucus Chair Joe Crowley’s efforts in New York City and successfully engaged key New Yorkers in the Congressman’s success. The relationships they built together were such that the Congressman was able to raise $1.3 million for House candidates in 2018 through his “Better Days Fund” even after his defeat in the June primary.

Walter has had the privilege of working closely with Congress Members Gregory Meeks, Joe Morelle; Governors Kathy Hochul & David Paterson; State Senators Joe Addabbo, Gustavo Rivera, & Toby Stavisky; Assembly Members Inez Dickens & Jenifer Rajkumar; Speaker Adrienne Adams; District Attorney Melinda Katz; and Borough Presidents Mark Levine, Melinda Katz and Donovan Richards.

Walter and Dynamic SRG were named “Fundraisers of the Year” by the American Association of Political Consultants and are consistently recognized among the top political consulting firms in New York.

Walter is a Tony-nominated Broadway Producer. He is a former president of the Bard College Alumni Association and a graduate of the Coro Leadership New York program. He has led political entrepreneurship training seminars for several organizations.  He co-founded the Junior’s Forum, a bi-monthly breakfast discussion group focusing on policies and politics affecting New York City.

 


Darren Rigger

Since graduating from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, Darren Rigger has worked on more than 100 races for over 16 years with Democratic elected officials including: Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Dick Gephardt, Carolyn Maloney and Charlie Rangel. As a staffer and a consultant Darren has experience working in every level of government; local, state and federal. He has raised millions of dollars for Democratic candidates and has extensive contacts with business leaders and major donors across the country.

Darren is a former Councilman of the City of Peekskill, NY.  He is the NYS Democratic Committee member from the 90th AD, the former Chair of the City of Peekskill Democratic Committee and former member of the executive committee of the Westchester County Democratic Committee. In 2008, he was the recipient of the Westchester County Democratic Party’s Distinguished Service Award. In 2005, Darren was a candidate for US Congress in New York and traveled to Afghanistan to see firsthand the redevelopment of the country.

After helping to defeat a 12-year incumbent, Darren was invited to participate in ‘Freshman Orientation’ with the newly elected Rep. John Hall.  Darren was appointed to the Westchester County Environment Management Council. He was the host of a cable access political talk show called ‘On Point, On Peekskill’.  Since 2007, he is a mentor and seminar leader for the New Leaders Council.  In 2014, he was inducted into his High School Outstanding Alumni Hall of Fame.

In 2009, Darren was chosen by the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL) to participate in a State Department delegation to South Korea.  In 2010, he was the NYS Host for the ACYPL delegation from Indonesia. In 2016, Darren participated in an American Israel Education Foundation special Northeast Progressive Leaders delegation to Israel.


Lisa (1)Lisa Rossi Amor

Lisa Rossi Amor joined the Dynamic SRG team in November 2011, shortly after the company was founded, and has been instrumental in the company’s growth in representing a wide variety of elected officials on the federal, state, and city levels of government. Her background is in both political fundraising and non-profit development.

Immediately prior to joining Dynamic SRG, Lisa worked as a Development Associate at the Allentown, Pennsylvania branch of the American Red Cross, where she was responsible for maintaining a robust major gift portfolio, grant writing, and event planning.

Lisa got her start in politics by working as the Deputy Finance Director on John Callahan’s Congressional Campaign in Pennsylvania’s 15th Congressional District, where she was instrumental in raising more than $2 million over the course of 15 months. She simultaneously served as the campaign’s scheduler. Lisa also participated in Finance Director training through the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in 2010.

A native of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Lisa is a 2009 graduate of Penn State University, where she received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising/Public Relations and Music.

In the fall of 2016, Lisa was recognized by City & State as one of New York City’s “40 Under 40 Rising Stars”. She currently resides in Astoria, Queens where she is an active member of the Taminent Democratic Club.


Brian Grandelli

Born on Long Island and raised in Arizona, Brian began his career in politics as an intern on Terry Goddard’s campaign for Arizona Governor in 2010. Following that race he served as an integral part of several campaigns across the South West including Greg Stanton for Mayor of Phoenix, Ed Perlmutter for Congress, and Mark Udall for US Senate among others.

In 2017 Brian relocated to his home state of New York, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in political field organizing and fundraising. After working on campaigns across NY in all five boroughs, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley Brian joined Dynamic SRG in 2019 as an Associate.

Brian is a graduate of Arizona State University, holding dual Bachelors of Arts degrees in History and Political Science.
